Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with 
your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following 
terms: 

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be 
in their original packaging, and in the original condition as sold.  

Process: To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@auraecoffee.com 
with your order number and reason for return. We are always happy to help 
and will try to resolve any issues you may have. We will provide you with your pre-paid postage code, which will ensure your items are returned to the correct department. Please do not return items to our office and/or before contacting us.

Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, we will process 
your refund of the full item price paid (excluding postage) to the original payment method. Please allow upto 7 business 
days for the refund to reflect in your account. 

Exclusions: Personalised or perishable items (e.g., coffee beans) are not 
eligible for returns unless the item was delivered damaged or defective. 

Damaged or Lost Policy 
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if 
your product arrives damaged or is lost during transit, we will make it right. 

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 
48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and packaging to 
help us resolve the issue quickly for you.  

Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated 
delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will work with our 
delivery partners to locate your package or send a replacement if 
necessary. 

Resolution: Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, 
store credit, or a full refund.
