We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery to ensure you receive your 
coffee products promptly. 

• Shipping Options: We offer UK and Worldwide delivery services. Shipping 
times and costs will vary depending on your location and selected delivery 
option. 

• We offer FREE UK shipping on all orders over £25

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days 
and delivery to mainland UK postcodes are expected in 3-4 business days (please allow additional time over bank holidays)

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number 
via email to reference if your item(s) have not arrived in the specified timeframe. 

• International Shipping: For orders outside United Kingdom, please note 
that customs duties and taxes may apply. Shipping rates will vary depending on country and will be made known at point of sale.
